The TRX Connected Transportation Platform delivers unified onboard communications and infotainment systems for both passenger and freight rail.

The TRX system contains the latest wireless communications technology in a robust, high-reliability scaleable enclosure system, built to withstand the significant challenges of installation in busy trains, such as heat, vibration and moisture ingress.

The system consists of a range of highly adaptable, modular enclosures designed with a simple, intuitive connection system for ease of installation and maintenance. To reduce size and achieve a compact form factor, each solid aluminum module serves as an integral heatsink, eliminating the need for cooling fans and creating a compact form factor while also reducing maintenance.

The TRX system features a simple, rail-inspired design language which visually emphasises the robustness of the system and unifies each element as part of a single platform.

The Klas TRX has been awarded an internationally recognised Red Dot award for 2017.
