CIME
CIME is a series of workshops designed to develop an enterprise culture change through an increasing self awareness which promotes positive ways of working; openness to new ways of thinking and working focused on creating, developing and adopting new processes which deliver positive results.
The workshops use creative-thinking techniques, such as whole-brain thinking and creative problem solving to create an incentivised workforce at all levels that will possess the skills, behavior, tools/techniques and confidence to be creative. Improves problem solving capability and further develop the companies risk appetite; Assist business leaders to rethink the design of their organisation around innovative practice and thereby raise the competitiveness of the participating businesses.

Innovation Connections
Business opportunities in the Civil Security Sector
This is an initiative of InterTradeIreland which is focused on matching the capabilities of SMEs in the island of Ireland with the unmet needs of the Civil Security Sector.
The aim of the programme is to show SMEs how innovation is relevant to them and provide them with a mechanism to deliver short and medium term results.
The end results for participating companies will be exposure to potential new services, products and market opportunities in the Civil Security Sector, offering potential competitive advantage and financial growth.
This programme is the first of its kind in Ireland. There are three things which make it unique to the Irish market place:
- It is focused on discovering real unmet needs in the Civil Security Sector (Demand Led Innovation)
- It provides SMEs with access to untapped markets and potential new products and services.
- This programme also focuses on the process of Innovation Management which has been designed by SMEs for SMEs (2 day capability building workshop)
